Chillers

 Our offer also consists of big and complicated installations based on chilled water technology. What differs that kind of cooling systems from others is the fact that the only refrigerating substance used is water cooled to the temperature of 6ºC. In rare cases water temperature reaches only 1ºC .

The installation is composed of a chiller (chilled water aggregate) and various coolness recipients.
Water gets chilled in the aggregate and with a usage of a hydralulic installation, (ex. a pomp) is introduced to the system. Industrial facilities and machines are the most common coolness recipients in the systems.
Chilled waters systems are also used for supplying ventilation and air conditioning centres, zone coolers and industrial facilities coolers.
Thanks to the fact that water is the only coolness carrier within the installation ( most commonly it is a 30% solution of water and glycol) the system is user and environment-friendly. In case of a leak only water instead of Freon (as in Freon systems) gets out to the environment.

Chilled water systems are most often big air conditioning installations. Chilled water aggregates of 10kW to 3000 kW of cooling power are available on the Polish market. A chiller of 2000kW can provide air conditioning to 1000 middle sized offices.
Chillers can be additionally equipped with a warmth pump which substantially reduces buildings’ exploitation costs and therefore increases customers satisfaction.
